Description
You're invited to Southeastern University’s Fly-In/Drive-In—an exclusive, two-day experience designed specifically for high school, college, career, and guidance counselors.
This event is your opportunity to experience everything SEU has to offer so you can confidently help your students find the right fit for their college journey. From academic programs to student life and spiritual formation, we’ll give you a comprehensive look at life at SEU.
Event Details
Dates: Sunday, November 9 – Tuesday, November 11, 2025
Accommodations:
Two-night hotel stay included
Shared rooms available at no cost
Single rooms are available for an additional $200
Meals Included:
Dinner on Sunday through dinner on Monday

Check-in: Sunday, November 9th, 1-3 PM. First session: 4:30 PM. Event ends Monday, November 10th, 8:30 PM. Tuesday is a travel day.
Full event attendance required for reimbursement.

We recommend flying into:
Lakeland Linder International Airport (LAL)
Tampa International Airport (TPA)
Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Airport shuttles are not provided, but a limited number of Uber vouchers are available for transportation only
between Southeastern University or The Terrace Hotel and the following airports: Lakeland Linder Airport,
Tampa International Airport (TPA), or Orlando International Airport (MCO). Any other locations will not be
covered or reimbursed due to business voucher restrictions.

SEU will reimburse up to $300 for mileage reimbursement (We will be using your school address given in the

Yes! This event itself is free for invited high school counselors.
In addition, Southeastern University covers most accommodations and travel costs:
Two‑night hotel stay included (shared room at no cost; single room available for $200).
Meals included from Sunday dinner through Monday dinner.
Travel reimbursement up to $300 for either flight or mileage (with completed W‑9 and receipt).
Limited Uber vouchers are available for transportation between the approved airports and SEU/The Terrace Hotel.
Out‑of‑Pocket expenses while the event itself is free and SEU covers most major costs, a few expenses are not covered:
Gas costs beyond the mileage reimbursement (we reimburse mileage only, not actual fuel receipts).
Airport transportation outside of approved routes (only transportation between The Terrace Hotel and LAL, TPA, or MCO is covered; any other airports or destinations are not reimbursed).
Single hotel room upgrade ($200 if you choose not to share a room).
Meals outside of the provided schedule (meals are included from Sunday dinner through Monday dinner; anything beyond that is on your own).
Any other personal expenses not listed above will be your responsibility.
For convenience and the best experience, we recommend flying into one of the following airports:

Email flyindrivein@seu.edu. We will need your W9 and flight receipt (if flying).
If all documents are turned in by the deadline (October 1), you will receive your check upon your arrival to the event.
Single rooms are $200 total.
If your flight or mileage reimbursement is $200 or more, we will simply deduct the $200 single room fee from your reimbursement before issuing payment.
If your travel reimbursement is less than $200, we will deduct your reimbursement amount first and then send you an invoice for the remaining balance of the single room fee.
